INFORMs Fellow

In 2006, Prof. David Simchi-Levi was elected an INFORMs Fellow.

Per INFORMS, fellows are examples of outstanding lifetime achievement in operations research and the management sciences. They have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments and made significant contributions to the advancement of OR/MS over a period of time.

Their service to the profession and to INFORMS has culminated in election to the INFORMS Fellow Award.

MSOM Fellow

In 2013, Prof. David Simchi-Levi was elected an MSOM Fellow. Per MSOM, By the election of a limited number of MSOM Fellows, MSOM recognizes outstanding research and scholarship in operations management. Election as an MSOM Fellow is considered a rare distinction, comparable with membership in Omega Rho. Teaching and service contributions are not considered in the selection process.
